Garcinia cambogia supreme supplement from life and food. I received this product free to sample and review. I been using this about a month. I first started with 1 capsule a day for 2 weeks and then continued with 2 capsules a day.
The capsule is the right size I have issues trying to swallow big capsule this was just fine. Many capsules give me a bad taste or bad breath not with this one. No bad after taste either.
